The following Delivery Policy applies to merchandise purchased via the Tenth Sports website (www.tenthsports.co.za). This policy is designed to ensure accurate and secure delivery of all purchases according to your delivery preferences.
1. Delivery Methods
1.1. Courier Delivery
Fast 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday 08:00–18:30, excluding public holidays) to any street address in South Africa. Delivery charges are a flat rate per province (see Section 2).
1.2. Click & Collect at Store
Fast 2 to 5 day delivery to the store of your choice. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.

2. Delivery Rates
Tenth Sports offers flat rate delivery fees based on the destination province within South Africa. The following flat rates apply per order:
- Limpopo: R150 flat rate
- Mpumalanga: R150 flat rate
- KwaZulu-Natal: R150 flat rate
- Gauteng: R95 flat rate
- North West: R150 flat rate
- Western Cape: R195 flat rate
- Eastern Cape: R195 flat rate
- Free State: R150 flat rate
- Northern Cape: R195 flat rate
- Outlying Areas: R350 flat rate
Free delivery for orders over R999.95 applies to all provinces.
3. Delivery Guidelines

Installation Items: Orders containing an item that requires installation (e.g., specialized sports equipment) will be delivered separately. Our service team will contact you to arrange installation.

Mixed Cart Fees: If both “per product” and “per order” items are in the same cart, only the “per product” fee will apply.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be extended due to stock availability or factors beyond our control.
- Once an order is confirmed, no changes to the delivery address or option will be accepted without prior approval.
- In the event of a remote or inaccessible delivery address, Tenth Sports reserves the right to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method or cancel the order if delivery is not feasible.
4. Order Confirmation & Tracking
- You will receive a unique order number via email to track the status of your order.
- Deliveries are handled by our designated courier partners. If you have any questions regarding delivery status, please use the order number to inquire with our courier or contact Customer Care.
5. Delivery Procedures
- Parcels are secured with a unique Tenth Sports sealing tape. If the seal appears broken upon arrival, please inspect the contents in the presence of the courier.
- You or an authorized person (specified in the “Notes” field during checkout) must sign the waybill to confirm receipt of the parcel in undamaged condition.
- The courier may request proof of identification to verify the recipient’s authenticity, especially if indicated in the “Notes” field.
- If the parcel/carton is damaged and you do not wish to accept it, indicate the reason on the waybill, and both you and the courier must co-sign. The parcel can then be returned to the courier.
