Online Orders – Refunds & Exchanges

A. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If we’ve sent you the wrong, faulty or damaged product, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a credit note as quickly as possible. (A cash refund only applies if we have supplied a completely incorrect item.)

  • Notification: Please let us know within 7 days of delivery.
  • How to Contact: Email us at sales1@tenthsports.co.za with your order number and whether you’d prefer a replacement or a credit note.
  • Collection: Once approved, we’ll arrange courier pickup from your address.
  • Refunds: Where eligible, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (unless otherwise agreed).

B. Change of Mind / Wrong Size or Colour

You may return items or request an exchange or credit note if:

  • It is within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The item is unused, in original packaging, with all tags/tickets attached.
  • You provide a valid tax invoice or order confirmation.

How to Exchange or Return:

  1. In-Store Exchange or Refund
    Bring the item and invoice to any Tenth Sports store.
  2. Courier Return
    Email us with your order number and we’ll guide you through arranging the return.

Note: Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns may apply unless the error was ours.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Customized or Personalized Items
  • Products altered by value-added services (e.g. printing, embroidery)
  • Items that have been used, intentionally damaged, or not used per instructions

Faulty Product Handling

If your product develops a fault within a reasonable period:

  • Contact our support team for evaluation.
  • The item may undergo a technical inspection.
  • We will then repair, replace or issue a credit note.
  • Any applicable courier costs will be communicated up front.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (card, bank transfer).
  • Payments made via Buy Now Pay Later services (e.g. Mobicred, PayFlex) or gift cards will be refunded to a Tenth Sports gift card.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for processing once we receive and approve your return.
